How Much Do Lawyers Charge For Car Accident Claims?

The standard contingency fee for a car accident lawyer is between 33.3% to 40% of the settlement.

Why is it this way?

Anyway, whether contingency fees are “right” or “wrong” is a debate up for the public.

As a lawyer, I charge a standard 33.3% like everybody else. BUT if the case settles quickly, I mention in my contigency fee that I reduce my fees to 25% and 15% if the case settles very fast.

You know how many other lawyers do that?
